This was formerly the old administrative HQ of Gandhi Oriental Foods Ltd - the foremost provider of Asian restaurant supplies in South East England. It's now ready for a new idea.

Redecoration is permitted.
There is space on the exterior of the property for branding but this will need at least 2 weeks planning.
There are no kitchen facilities on-site, but there is parking for mobile kitchens and the space can accommodate small table-top burners for events.
Parking is available but like signage will need time to be approved.
A damage deposit of £200-500 will be required.
Please note that if the space has to be fully cleared there may be an increase in the rent.
