Long Island's East Hampton is best known for its well-kept white sand beaches, million dollar mansions, and being a playground for the rich and famous. Montauk Highway is the main thoroughfare connecting greater Long Island to Montauk, and it’s where you’ll set up shop in this newly vacated purple showroom that's now available to rent and decorate as you wish.
THE CROWD
During the summer, you’ll get lots of people passing through on their way to the beach and a much-needed vacation from city life. During the off season, things generally quieten down but there’s still a steady crowd of year-round residents. The renowned Maidstone Golf Club is nearby and attracts people from all over hoping to get a round in on the famous fairways. The East Hampton Main Beach is a five-minute drive away and is the main destination for most visitors. The East Hampton LIRR station is a six-minute drive away.
