History is at the forefront, or at least the storefront, of this remarkable building located in the heart of Tribeca - where shopping, dining, and living well are on the minds of all denizens of the neighborhood.
Created by the father of cast-iron design, it’s safe to say that New York City architecture wouldn’t be the same without this New York City landmark. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the space was built in 1857 for the Francis & John Hopkins glassware business. Today, anything goes in this charming, flexible space.
The space is a block and a half from the NYC subway and just a few blocks north of the downtown transportation hubs at Fulton Street and One World Trade Center where commuters not only travel from around the city but New Jersey too.
This is a flexible space with multiple possible uses, it's best viewed in person to understand the layout and potential.
