The Myrtle Avenue corridor is quickly becoming a major hub for shopping in the popular neighborhood of Fort Greene.
This space is in a full-renovated, pre-war building with a lot of personality. It's currently being used as a salon, but with 15-foot-high ceilings, hardwood floors, and full basement for storage, it's infinitely flexible. There's also a garden in the back that can be directly accessed from the ground level.
The neighborhood is in a rapid state of growth and very popular with young professionals - with new buildings and renovations happening all over the place. Several buses stop nearby, and the Clinton-Washington subway stop is under a 15-minute walk away.
The space is currently set up as a salon, but could easily be re-launched as a retail space.
