THE CROWD
This is where the fashionable and cultured urbanites come to dine or drink at the weekends. The neighborhood is also known for its art galleries, so during weekday afternoons and evenings you’ll find young and old elites. The 18th St. station is a block away.

The space is small (720 square feet to be exact), but placing a large mirror at the back can give the illusion of a bigger space.
The storage room (not pictured) is a good size, located at the back of the room. We don't have a floor plan for this space yet, so don't forget to take down measurements at your viewing.
