What was was farmland turned manufacturing neighborhood, Tribeca is now home to luxury lofts, can’t-get-a-reservation restaurants, and boutiques. It’s a downtown area that’s heavy on foot traffic from locals and tourists.

On Franklin Street in an early 1900s building between Broadway and Church Street is this large, open, and well-lit space.
