London Nocturne is a world famous cycling event, that takes place through the heart of London. The event will take place on Saturday 9th June 2018 and usually attracts over 20,000 spectators.
The organisers are looking for both retail and experiential offerings to enhance the experience of crowds attending throughout the day.
Pitches will be located in 'The Village' area of the event, on New Change Street which will host a mixture of F&B offerings, retail and experiential activations and can expect up to 5,000 visitors passing through across the day.
THE CROWD
Huge crowds travel from all over to spectate and participate in the Nocturne event and it's a key event within the cycling calendar.
MEET THE NEIGHBOURS
St. Paul’s Cathedral is next door along with One New Change Shopping Centre. The Millenium Bridge and the Museum of London are both less than a 10-minute walk away.

Pitch size:
3 x 3m = £300+VAT/day
5 x 5m = £500+VAT/day
Operating hours:
12:00 - 22:00 (by 13:00, all traders need to be active). You will be unable to leave the site until after 11pm due to road closures in surrounding area.
Operating hours must be strictly adhered to and stalls cannot be left unattended. Failure to comply may result in your booking being cancelled without refund.
Visual merchandising must be to a high quality.
All brands need to be fully self-sufficient for their individual requirements, including all equipment.
Brands must provide health and safety documentation as well as Public Liability Insurance.
Power will be provided up to 32 Amp single phase at no charge, anything above this can be provided at an additional cost.
There's water access nearby.
There is a no glass policy on the footprint.
