Flushing, Queens is one of New York City's most diverse neighborhood. Populated by people from East and Southeast Asia, Flushing is a must-visit for foodies with the Village Voice calling the area "one of the eating-est neighborhoods in town."
Right on busy Northern Boulevard is this large, flexible but raw space on the ground floor of an apartment building that was constructed in 2013. Inside, there's plenty of room with unfinished concrete floors, high ceilings, and windowed frontage. The main room has two restrooms and three exit doors. There's also a small space for storage.
Down the block are restaurants that serve food from China and Korea, including a popular karaoke/sports bar. The 7 train is less than a 10-minute walk away, and the Q19 and Q66 buses are across the boulevard.
This space is in a rough shape and would need some works before opening the store
