Nottingham’s award-winning conference centre hosts approximately 500 meetings and events each year. This 28th October, the one-day Vintage Clothing Fair event is launching here and is looking for an independent brand selling 80s/90s vintage clothing to take over some of their available stalls for the day.
This small stall is available inside the centre on the first floor, and is inclusive of a single 6ft Garment rail with 50 hangers. Additional rails are available, information below.
As part of Nottingham Trent University, the timing of this event means that there'll be plenty of new term students to attract. The Conference Centre welcomes tens of thousands of visitors through its doors annually, so its a chance to showcase your brand in front of as many people as possible.

Rail hire inclusive:
1x 6ft Rail: £69 (2x2m space)
2x 6ft Rail: £106 (2x4m space)
3x 6ft Rail: £143 (2x6m space)
Space only prices:
1x Rail (up to 6ft): £49
Additional space per rail: plus £27 per rail (max 4 rails total) 2m Depth X 2m Width per rail (e.g. 2 Rails = 2x4m)
Worth noting: Some pitches may be intersected by structural columns (see photos) / Electrical Items must be PAT tested and power sockets need to be requested / We’d love for all stalls to offer cash or card payments where possible
Timing: Set up slots available from 7.30am.
Earlybird Hour: 10-11am
General opening: 11-5pm
Catwalk: 12pm and 3pm
