The hire includes 12 hour access per day or 24 hours throughout the period. Access times can be from 0600 until 0200. Any additional times are charged at £150 per hour
There is no wifi on site. This would need to be brought in my a third party company and agreed in writing in advance with the venue
All waste must be removed during the tenancy
Any sound, lighting and catering must come through the venue’s preferred list
Nothing can be attached to the fabric of the building

This listing is primarily for one day events, but landlord is open to longer (2-3 days) if necessary.
It's also possible to hire the ground floor and mezzanine separately to the basement level.
