The Lower East Side is full of history, famous restaurants, dive bars, and this pop up retail space for rent on Orchard Street. The main floor has large floor to ceiling windows at the front, and white brick and plaster walls throughout. A basement offers plenty of storage space for stock.

THE CROWD

The Lower East Side has gone through many changes over the years and is now full of great spots like Katz’s Deli, Russ and Daughters, and Bar 169. There are fish markets, bodegas, art galleries, and of course the Essex Market. The area is always busy, with shoppers during the day and bar-goers during the night. The F train at East Broadway is a couple blocks away.

The basement is a little rough around the edges, and the street doesn’t have a ton of retail on it, but you get a lot of space, and are in a great neighborhood!
