All plans, designs and schedules must be prepared at least 2 weeks in advance of a booking commencing for the Landlords to approve. Complicated last minute changes cannot always be approved in time so advance planning is recommended.
The landlord will require a branding / marketing pack and outlined vision for final sign off.
Please note that the hallway is shared access with the brand which occupiers the lower floor.
