There's an exhibition space on the ground floor and a storage room and kitchen in the basement. It's an ideal space for paintings, photography and sculpture exhibitions. It's also suitable for events on a daily, weekly or monthly basis (for different rates), with art as a backdrop. There's space for 175 maximum standing and 120 maximum seated.
The National Gallery and the St. James´s area of galleries are all close by.

Discounted rates are only available for art exhibitions.
There is no alcohol license. Brands will need to ask the Landlord to apply for a Temporary Events Notice [TEN] for the sale of alcohol.
No holes are allowed on the walls for hanging and installing, the gallery provides its own hanging system.
No painting on the walls allowed.
There is a metal bar running along the ceiling that allows for the hanging of extra lights.
A cleaner for post-event cleaning is included in the price.
