Basement Hire = £44/hour + VAT.
HOURS
Mondays: 9am-5pm
Tuesdays: 9am-12pm, 1pm-5.30pm
Wednesdays: 9am-12pm, 1pm-5.30pm
Thursdays: 9am-5pm
Fridays: 9am-12pm, 1pm-5.30pm
Saturdays: 9am-11pm (Additional charges apply for extended hours)
Sundays: 9am-11pm (Additional charges apply for extended hours)
Bank Holidays: 9am-11pm (Additional charges apply for extended hours)
RULES
- No loitering outside nor drinking alcohol outside the property permitted as to avoid any conflict with neighbours.
ADDITIONAL/OPTIONAL COSTS
- If booking a weekend or bank holiday, an additional £150/day + VAT will apply.
- If pre-booked yoga classes are cancelled to accommodate a booking (£75 per cancelled class + VAT)
