In the up-and-coming area of Peckham is a studio space available for events hire. It is located on the bustling Rye Lane where there are lots of independent butchers and greengrocers – it’s also very close to several bars.

The space is situated on the ground floor and consists of a large main room, two medium rooms, a studio and an office space. The space has been recently refurbished so it is in a good clean condition. The walls are painted white and the concrete flooring a grey colour. There is fluorescent lighting so it is well lit which is helpful as the space is set up as a photography studio.

There is a café-bar style seating area in one corner and all the furnishings have an office feel to them with a contemporary twist. It has an industrial vibe and is large, urban and versatile.
