90 Piccadilly is currently being run by the charity Resources for Autism and your rent will go directly to this charity, all they ask is that you include their logo on one of the windows and display their flyers, which we are told are very tasteful, inside your store.
The space itself covers the ground floor and basement and has been white boxed so that it is ready to move into. The ground floor has 5m high ceilings and three very large windows, which look onto Piccadilly and Half Moon Street. The basement space has three unique walk-in vaults coming off the main space.

Please note, by renting this space you are partnering with Resources for Autism and it is a legal obligation to include their name and charity number on any promotional materials. They would also like you to include their logo where possible.

Monday to Saturday: 9am to 11pm
Sunday: 10am to 6pm
Redecoration
The exterior can not be redecorated but the interior can, subject to approval, please supply images and a description to your concierge on booking. Window vinyls are recommended for maximum impact.
Utilities are included in the price.
This space is exempt of VAT.
Bon à savoir
Although this is a high footfall area, there is little retail on this part of the street so make sure you have a PR strategy for your pop-up so people know where to find you.
There is on-going work near this space, so there will be some construction noise.
This space is in a listed period building and the basement floor affected by damp. As it is listed, it is very difficult to structurally resolve the issue, however portable dehumidifying units are very effective.
Theres are shared external toilets however the landlord does not take responsibility for the state of this facility.
For this particular space, keys will need to be collected from Appear Here's offices for check in, and returned to these offices for check out.
