THE CROWD

You’ll find a mix of local young professionals and students here, as well as tourists exploring the area’s vintage shops and unique spots. The neighbourhood is busiest on weekend days and evenings, and Manchester Piccadilly station is a five minute walk away.

Next door is an estate agents, with a luxury hairdressers on the other side. Opposite is the traditional Crown and Anchor pub.

  • Events can only take place outside of Store Hours (Mondays to Saturdays from 6pm - 10pm; and all-day Sundays.

  • Pop Ups must dispose of all rubbish themselves - nothing to be left in the space.

  • If renting for 12+ months you may have your sign outside the store. As we are a listed building all signage must be approved by our landlord. You will be able to advertise your pop up using our A-Board located outside of the store.

  • Pop Up's must be aware this is a shared space with two other businesses and therefore must respect their neighbours. Music must be kept at an appropriate level at all times.
