Notting Hill's much loved Portobello Road is usually on top of the list for tourists to visit. Between the independent boutiques and market stalls is this former gallery space which is now available as a retail space to let. It's well lit and recently renovated, with a stand-out storefront. The bare-brick feature wall is a really nice touch.

THE CROWD

The crowd here is almost as eclectic as the selection of shops. It's never really quiet, but the weekdays are slightly easier on numbers. You'll attract affluent Notting Hill residents, who're shopping for unique finds to put in their lovely West London flats. Evenings bring young professionals to the many bars and restaurants, and weekends see plenty of tourists. There's easily access from Ladbroke Grove and Westbourne Park stations.
