The customers here have an eye for quality and look for a different kind of shopping experience with a personal approach. Fridays and Saturdays are busy with tourists scouring the stalls and boutiques for antiques, gifts and homewares, but the more affluent Notting Hill locals like to come in the week for unique finds when it's a little quieter.

You're next door to an antiques arcade and what used to be the Portobello Gold bed and breakfast. The Highland Store, specialising in wools, is two doors down. There's a few residential blocks across the street.

Katrina Phillips is an established brand. You'll be renting the front part of the shop and sharing the space with them.
