This well-known street in Bayswater is getting a boutique update. There's the iconic Whiteleys shopping centre on one end, but the newly refurbished Queens Ice & Bowl is bringing new life down the other end of Queensway. The Landlord is looking for cool brands to take over this shop space and go alongside the likes of the recently opened Barry's Bootcamp and Urban Baristas coffee shop, opposite.

THE CROWD

Queensway attracts many of the local residents from Notting Hill and Marylebone. Evenings and weekends are busiest with affluent mums heading to and from Whiteleys for a casual shop after lunch, and families dining at one of Queensway’s many laid-back restaurants and cafes or spending the day at Queens. Queensway station is a one-minute walk away.

As well as Barry’s Bootcamp’s West London flagship, Royal China (popular for their dim sum) and M&S are opposite.
