Rivington Street brings together the best of East London. This fully-licensed space with an outdoor courtyard, a sound system and a fully-functioning bar (with fridges and running water) is available to rent for both retail and events. Previous brands in the space have included Puma, Campari and Microsoft. There's also a newly refurbished, fully-equipped basement available for rent, too, with a capacity of 250.

THE CROWD

The area sees plenty of creative professionals, art and design students, and tourists on their guided graffiti tours. Independent shops like Artwords (for the best selection of independent magazines) draw visitors to Rivington Street in the weekday. But with restaurants like Mark Hix's famous Tramshed and late-night Shoreditch staples like Callooh Callay, evenings are the busiest.

A little further down are two popular restaurants for Italian fare, Bottega Prelibato and Popolo. Opposite (on Great Eastern Street) are plenty of bars including Scout, cocktail king Matt Whiley’s latest venture. All bookings for this space are subject to cancellation on 2 month's notice period

Prices per day will increase if rented for less than a week:

1 week hire = £300+VAT per day
1 - 3 days hire = £450+VAT per day
4 - 6 days hire = £350+VAT per day

Alcohol license available until 12.00am between Sunday and Wednesday and until 2am between Wednesday and Saturday.

Due to various community and cultural activities happening in this space, the landlord can consider up to 3 months as a maximum booking duration.

The space comes as a blank canvas. The Landlord is happy for you to decorate the space as long as it's returned as found.
