This is a full gallery space to rent on a busy shopping street in Queen’s Park, in north-west London. Recently refurbished, and with high ceilings, large glass windows, and gallery lighting, the space has an airy and open feel. This light and spacious atmosphere is ideal for your brand, concept, or exhibition to showcase itself in picturesque north-west London.
Queen’s Park is a very family-oriented residential area a few miles north of the city centre, with affluent housing and independent and chain shops in the neighbourhood. The centre of the area is the park itself, which is surrounded by attractive late Victorian and Edwardian housing. Residents tend to be fairly well-off young families with parents in professional jobs. The busiest times are the weekend. Visitors to the area from nearby Maida Vale and Kilburn come for the park and the eating and drinking opportunities in places like Hugo’s and Michiko Sushino.
This space is on a fairly typical London shopping street, with both chain stores and cafes, like Starbucks and Gail’s Bakery, as well as independent businesses like pub the Salusbury and Bonda, a bar. To the east is the affluent neighbourhood of Hampstead, whose heath is one of the most visited green spaces in London, while to the south is the Regent’s Canal, a popular walking spot.
The landlord will be running a framing workshop in the rear which is accessible through this space. Although the workshop is completely separate from the gallery, this could increase visitors.
This space does not have a toilet.
