Shepherd’s Bush Market is packed with traders selling fresh produce, clothing and homewares 9am-6pm, 6 days a week. This local market has been trading since the early 20th century – and now the landlord is looking to add some delicious street food brands to the billing. That's where you come in.
There are 10 market spaces available to rent - at either 3m x3m, 2m x 3m, or 2m x 2m. All that's provided is the open space – you'll need to supply your own gazebo or table. Ideally the landlord is looking to fill new spaces with foodie options. However, ideas in vintage style, crafts, music, art, books or collectibles are also welcome to pitch up here.
Getting your brand in front of a local market crowd can be a great way of testing the waters and generating word of mouth recommendations. The market's peak hours are Friday afternoon and average dwell time is 45 minutes.

Brands are required to provide the following documentation in order to submit a request:
- Public liability insurance (you will also need employers' liability insurance if you are using staff)
- Gas safe certificates if applicable
- Food hygiene certificate if applicable (not mandatory)
Monday - Saturday trading hours: 9am - 6pm
Cost: £30+VAT a day and £40 +VAT on Saturdays.
Saturdays will be £30+VAT if you book a weekday also.
Please note: Monday – Thursday no vehicles are allowed on site between 10am and 4pm.
Friday – Saturday: no vehicles allowed on site between 9am and 5pm.

You will need to provide all of your own set-up, no stalls/tables/gazebos provided.
There is no power or water provided.
If power is required, you will be permitted to use your own silent generator. The landlord reserves the right to prohibit you from trading if your generator does not comply with their standards.
Bon à savoir
The landlord has an agreement with existing stallholders to not rent spaces to competing businesses – so you'll need to check your idea is suitable first.
You'll need to bring a silent generator, as noisy ones are banned on site, and these spaces do not have electricity.
