Taking you from day to night, Shoreditch remains one of the most highly frequented and lively East End neighbourhoods for the hip and hedonistic. Amongst Shoreditch High Street's hottest new concept stores is this retail space to let. It's currently being refurbished into a stand-alone store and will include a beauty bar in the basement and an event space upstairs (seen in photos).

THE CROWD

A wide mix of people walk up and down Shoreditch High Street, but expect a lot of fashion forward creatives. You'll get the lunchtime browsers as there's many creative agencies in the area. It's steadily busy throughout the day, and early evenings are busiest with both locals and tourists on boozy nights out. Shoreditch High Street station is a short walk away.

MEET THE NEIGHBOURS

You're next to the the Howard Griffin Gallery, a few doors down from rugged workwear brand, Carhartt, and opposite ustwo design agency. The critically acclaimed Andina and Dishoom restaurants are also a few doors down. You're a one-minute walk to the shops along Redchurch Street and Boxpark.
