The old warehouses that line this cobbled street between Boxpark and Redchurch Street are home to London Shuffle Club and Shoreditch House, and it’s opposite the latter you’ll find this gated yard space for rent. You’ll be in a neighbourhood that’s famed for its cool brands, interesting ideas and open-minded crowd. Introduce yourself to them by creating a brand activation here, or use the space for a summer event or pop-up market. The space can be completely branded including the external gate.

THE CROWD

There’s always a flurry of activity during weekday mornings and evenings as people make their way to and from Shoreditch High Street station, less than a minute’s walk away. A well-connected crowd of media professionals, artists and creatives head to Shoreditch House, especially in the evenings and on weekends. During the week you’ll see locals and workers from the area’s design studios and ad agencies, and weekends bring more shoppers and tourists to the area. The street art that adorns Ebor Street’s walls is a popular backdrop for local bloggers and creatives.

Next door is the first permanent home of popular pop-up London Shuffle Club. Shoreditch House is opposite. Names such as A.P.C., Nudie Jeans and Folk live nearby on Redchurch Street. Redchurch Townhouse, the sister hotel to Dean Street Townhouse, is near the yard’s other entrance on Chance Street.
