Behind Piccadilly, just off Brewer Street, is Smith's Court. Home to The Permanent Pop-Up, Katya Katya Shehurina bridal boutique and Concept Store, this is the modern heart of Soho shopping.

This space is a former hat shop, and features a simple retail layout. It's narrow, but there's some additional space at the side of the entrance and a toilet at the back. Plus, it's in great condition, painted white throughout with wooden flooring. – so you can move in and get straight to work.

You'll be next door to Katya Katya Shehurina and near Ham Yard Hotel, not to mention the iconic old Windmill Theatre. Think about marketing to get more and more of those big Soho crowds into the court, and your shop.
