Above local institution Vasco & Piero's Pavilion (on Poland Street for nearly 50 years), this studio space is available for private events and exhibitions. It comes with a kitchen, bathroom, studio lighting and basic furniture, but it can also be cleared of all equipment before you move in.

THE CROWD
