Aperçu

Round the corner from St John’s Wood High Street – the area’s main spot for shopping and leisure – is the residential Allitsen Road. Set up your retail shop here and not only become part of a village community but place yourself close to high-end labels like The Kooples, Zadig & Voltaire and Whistles. Past the smart storefront, you’ll find feature brick walls and ornamental fireplaces.

THE CROWD

Come Saturday and Sunday, affluent local residents (especially yummy mummies) have no problems spending their hard earned cash in a variety of high-end boutiques on St John’s Wood High Street, including Joseph and Rigby & Peller. Both The Ivy Cafe and London’s best New York-style deli, Harry Morgan, attract a lunchtime crowd, too. St John’s Wood station is under 10 minutes’ walk away.

MEET THE NEIGHBOURS

On one side is The Lyndhurst Club, a slightly dated but charming karaoke club with a 24-year history. On the other side, there's a row of well-kept apartments and houses. You'll find a greengrocer and fishmonger around the corner on Charlbert Street – both local staples.

Les règles à suivre

Opening hours:
Monday - Saturday: 09:00 - 17:00
Sunday: 10:00 - 16:00

Available for a minimum booking of two weeks.

Bon à savoir

The lighting on one side of the shop doesn’t work at the moment, but there are fittings in place.

The walls are newly painted, but the Landlord is happy for brands to repaint them as they wish.

You’ll get fewer passersby than neighbouring St John’s Wood High Street, so consider drawing shoppers from there down to you.
