The Lower East Side of Manhattan is known for its low-rise tenement architecture, funky bars, and a vibrant food scene. It's also quite the art lover's destination with the New York Studio, Kai Matsumiya, and Pierogi art galleries nearby.

This ground-floor space encapsulates all of the excitement and authentic downtown NYC glamor with cast iron-style columned facade, exposed brick walls, and polished concrete floors. The ceilings are high, and the floor-to- ceiling windows add lots of light during the day. It's currently and office space, but is adjustable with extra storage and a bathroom.

The F train is just three blocks away, and there are lots of buses that are closers. There's also a CitiBike station on the block.
