  • Landlord is able to use the toilet as and when we like.
  • The sign if to be used, will be put up by brand and painted black again after use.
  • The cooker area is to be under supervision at all times.
  • The shop is to be painted back to The Farrow and Ball colours – skimming stone and downpipe.
  • Storage space is only what is provided in the rooms downstairs.
  • Outside space is to be cleared by the neighbouring café only.

On top of landlord will make sure that..

  • The toilet is empty of cleaning products
    • The kitchen and stock room spaces are for their use only (as with all the tenants) and empty.
