Art, fashion and commerce converge in this newly hip part of Chelsea. This space is located amid New York City’s white-hot gallery district and right across the street from the world-famous Highline.
Formerly a high-end gallery, the space has a minimalist aesthetic - with 14-feet-high ceilings, white walls, polished-concrete floors, and excellent lighting. Flexibility is the operative word as the segmented walls can be removed for a more traditional experience or cordoned off for something inventive. In the back, there is also a small kitchenette, a bathroom, and a courtyard.
Tourists and locals have recently rediscovered the West Side, and they flock to the neighborhood in droves for Hudson River Park, Chelsea Piers, and just to explore this charming neighborhood.
The space is currently segmented by several temporary walls, though these can be taken down.
