Thayer Street sits in one of London’s most prestigious neighbourhoods for shopping and dining: Marylebone. Skip the nearby Oxford Street and pop up here instead - it's quieter, and the selection of chic high-end high street womenswear labels are more refined and unique. London Organic PR is hosting a pop-up event celebrating UK designers. This is your opportunity to rent rail space in the store and get alongside some emerging designers. There's 10 full rails and 20 half rails up for rent.
It's busier with well-heeled locals (a lot of families and sophisticated mums), but there's also a few tourists shopping around, visiting the renowned Wallace Collection, and staying in one of the many luxury hotels (like Durrants Hotel) in the area. It's busiest towards the end of the week. After lunch and early evenings after work tends to be the most active for shoppers. Bond Street station is five minutes’ walk away.
Brands like Whistles, Theory, Jaeger and Sweaty Betty are all a few doors down. The Monocle shop is around the corner. Next door is a Flight Centre and a dry cleaners.
Available to rent for a minimum of one week and a maximum of two months.
Rails are to be hired individually.
7.5% commission on each item sold.
Brands will receive payment for their sales within seven working days.
Insurance is provided by London Organic PR.
The organisers of the pop-up are ideally looking for ethical luxury or emerging womenswear or menswear designers.
This is a shop share and you will only be able to rent the rails, not the entire space.
