Please note that Friday - Sunday the price of the space rises to £450 per day.

Any redecoration needs to be approved in writing prior to starting.

A damage deposit of £100 upwards (dependant on duration) will be required.

Hire of the space can be from 1 day to 2 weeks.

Hours are flexible but ideally kept within the Landlord's opening hours, or between 7am to 11pm.

This area is pedestrianised so there is no parking outside the space.

There is VAT to pay on the Rent.

The space is available Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday evenings.
