The Bowery is one of Manhattan’s most distinct neighborhoods where old-school walk-up buildings meet brand-new luxury apartments. It’s at the center of Manhattan’s downtown scene surrounded by the city’s best restaurants, museums, and shops.
Tall ceilings and all-white floors and walls make this ground level space a “blank canvas”. It’s also enormous with a large zig-zagging main room, an alcove with gray walls, and a perfect space for an office near the entrance. A storefront-style window adds a bit of natural light to the front area that’s augmented by plenty of overhead fluorescent and spotlights.
Cultured New Yorkers and tourists frequent this part of town to shop, eat, and take in fine art and culture at establishments like the neighboring Bowery Culture Club and Cafe or the New Museum. Transportation is also easy as the 6 and F trains are a few minutes away.

Les règles à suivre
This is a contemporary art gallery. Rentals are accepted for events during art exhibitions and in between art exhibitions. In between the exhibitions the space is all white walls, floors and ceiling.
During exhibitions we work with renters on how much art is deinstalled, how much the space needs to be altered. Big discounts offered for renters during shows who don't need us to deinstall art or change the walls. We are closed Mondays and Tuesdays and offer discounts for those days as well.

This space is much larger than the frontage suggests, and some of the rear areas don't have natural light.
The landlord runs their gallery out of the space so is only up for events of less than a week in duration
