In an idyllic spot alongside Regents Canal is this beautiful deli space. Located within Canalot Studios, (a hub for creative businesses) the space is surrounded by innovative companies from sustainability PR to music production houses and lots of entrepreneurs.
The space is in an excellent condition and has a Scandinavian inspired interior. Other highlights are its outdoor eating area and an entrance directly onto the canal path.
Alongside the canal, there’s a lull in London’s bustle and although this area may feel fairly quiet in comparison to larger commercial districts, the space is still very accessible; the nearest station is Westbourne Park, just a short walk back along the canal.

Friday and Saturday license 6 pm - 2am
You can have access to the space two hours prior to your event.
Utilities: Charged as extra
Damage Deposit: £500/day-1000/week
The landlord has said no to this space hosting club nights and live music gigs.
