Three minutes' walk from Redchurch Street and BOXPARK, this shop space for rent is located down the spiral staircase of a clothes store (owned by the Landlord). Since you'll be sharing the space, you'll also have access to their storage.
THE CROWD
Brick Lane is busy all week with tourists and Londoners, but weekends are the liveliest here. There’s a vibrant nightlife scene at this end of the street with Monty’s Bar next door and Redchurch Bar nearby, and there’s a street party atmosphere on Sundays as people flock here to shop and eat at UpMarket, Brick Lane Market and Backyard Market. Shoreditch High Street station is less than five minutes’ walk away.
MEET THE NEIGHBOURS
Monty’s Bar is where those in the know go for a side of street art with their drink. To the other side of this space is the chain lifestyle store, JOY. A few doors down is Brick Lane’s famous bagel shop.

A sales assistant will be provided as part of the price, but this can be reduced if you decide to manage the space yourself.
The Landlord will take 10% commission on monthly sales.
You’ll receive payment for your sales on a monthly basis.
The space is available to book for a minimum of one month.
Check with the Landlord before redecorating and renovating. Permission will depend on the length of your booking.

The storefront is currently quite basic (quite common for Brick Lane), so think of how you can spruce it up and use it to your advantage.
