The Edit is a new and inventive shopping experience right in the heart of one of America's biggest and most iconic malls – Roosevelt Field. With modular design, tech-enabled walls, and infinite configurations, it's a great millennial-focused retail space to rent.

THE CROWD

On almost any day, the shopping mall is busy. But on the weekends, it gets particularly crowded with a cross section of young and old. Many of the younger folks, who want to get offline, use the mall's corridors as a public square, of sorts, eating, shopping, and hanging out.

MEET THE NEIGHBOURS

Internet retailer and next door neighbor, Fragrance.com found that this spot is a great place to jump from the internet to brick-and- mortar. There's also traditional brands nearby like True Religion and Claire's -- all geared toward a younger buyer.
