Over the road, The Eaglet pub is a popular spot with Arsenal fans and gets full on match days, and the Apollo Greek taverna has live music and dancing until 3am on weekends. Holloway station is a 15-minute walk.

You’ll be in a corner building, so your only direct neighbour is a textile shop. Opposite is The Eaglet and Hua Run, an Aladdin’s cave for lovers of Asian food.

Minimum let is six months. Landlord will accept long-term lets at the listed price.

Decoration will need to be approved by the landlord.

Bon à savoir

While Holloway has seen a lot of regeneration in recent years, Seven Sisters Road remains a little run down.

The landlord is currently waiting for permission to install a sliding door to open the market out onto the street from the other units. Until that happens the main door to the whole place is through this space, so you'll get a lot of through traffic - make the most of it!

There’s no equipment on site for F&B businesses, so you’ll have to bring your own.

The Landlord is only looking for a cafe concept in this space, although there is an A3 license pending, there's currently only an A1 license in place.
