Looking to launch in Brighton? Then bring your brand to Hanningtons Lane – the town’s new, boutique shopping street in the middle of The Lanes. This is already an established area for interesting and independent ideas, and this pretty, pale blue shop near popular new restaurant The Flint House is ready for yours to move right into.
The Lanes already attracts around eight million local shoppers and tourists every year, but Hanningtons Lane will also house offices and apartments, so you’ll see a regular crowd of workers and residents here, too. The Flint House is already drawing plenty of diners in the evenings and at weekends – its courtyard and roof terrace are sought-after spots on sunny days. Brighton railway station is a 10-minute walk.
Most of the shops are still unoccupied, but you’ll be near The Flint House, the latest venture from the folk behind much-loved local eateries The Ginger Pig and The Ginger Fox. Artisan ice cream makers Brass Monkey are opening their second shop here in collaboration with local coffee-roasters Pharmacie.
