This 1970s shopping centre which sees around 185,000 people per week come and shop at the likes of M&S, Sainsbury’s, TK Maxx and H&M. You’ll find this large open planned retail space that looks onto the busy main walkway. THE CROWD

Lewisham is home to one of London’s youngest, most culturally diverse communities, and this red brick shopping centre is where locals come to spend their cash. Weekday mornings can be a little quiet here, but things usually pick up around lunchtime. Saturday and Sunday afternoons are when the centre sees the highest footfall, as people flow in from the market outside.
