With the £240 million redevelopment of Bracknell town centre recently unveiled this year, the newly modernised shopping district is thriving with new business. Among it is Princess Square, a shopping centre over two floors with this retail space for rent on the ground floor.

THE CROWD

During the week, the shopping centre is busiest between 11am and 3pm, but with easy access to Bracknell train station you can expect most shoppers on Saturday with those travelling in for a weekend shopping spree. An older crowd will head to the supermarket close by after work, whilst families and young adults spend time at the cinema, Hollywood bowl and restaurants in the early evenings.
