With its attractive mix of international brands and independent boutiques, Covent Garden is one of London’s most popular shopping destinations. Located on Langley Court, which connects the established shopping streets of Long Acre and Floral Street, this former Jones Bootmaker is now available as a retail space for rent, with plenty of space in the storage room down in the basement.
Covent Garden’s street performers, shops, theatres and restaurants put it pretty high on most tourists’ to-do lists, meaning it’s a popular attraction throughout the week, especially on weekends. But it isn’t just a tourist magnet — the area’s boutiques, vintage stores and jewellery shops attract fashion-forward shoppers. Its many bars and restaurants are a big draw for the post-shopping, post-work and pre-theatre crowd, too. Covent Garden tube station is a two-minute walk away.
With Radley and PS by Paul Smith on either side, and Kate Spade opposite, you’re literally surrounded by handbags and glad rags. On the other side of the street, niche fragrance store Bloom Perfumery keeps things smelling sweet. Around the corner, The Tintin Shop sells anything and everything dedicated to Herge’s boy hero.
Opening hours:
Monday - Thursday: 10:00 - 20:00
Friday - Saturday: 10:00 - 19:00
Sunday: 12:00 - 18:00
The space must be kept clean and tidy and returned in good condition.
All keys must be returned to the premises immediately after departure from the space, including any copies made during occupation.
Brands are responsible for any damaged caused to the space during occupation.
This pedestrianised street is pretty, but a little tucked away. Some signs on Floral Street and Long Acre could help catch the attention of passing shoppers.
