Every Saturday a hive of independent growers, makers and street food vendors gather in scenic Church Square to sell their local produce and hot food at Putney Market. Introduce your foodie idea to this lovely riverside community by taking over one of the 10 available pitches here. You'll have to move in your own gazebo, but tables can be provided.
THE CROWD
Putney is a magnet for affluent families and young professionals looking for a taste of the quiet life while being close to central London. While you won't get the crowds of Borough here, the market’s friendly vibe and unique selection of stalls make it a popular stop for locals on their Saturday stroll down the ever-busy Putney High Street towards the Thames.
MEET THE NEIGHBOURS
Your fellow stallholders include Louise Taylor Flowers, Popina, Olivier’s Bakery, Perry Court Farm, Borough Cheese Company, Pick’s Organic Butcher, The Portland Scallop Company and Pandan Bakery. There's also Quinta, the first guys to sell Pupusas (a Salvadorian favourite) in the UK.

Les règles à suivre
All food traders are required to have their own Public Liability and Food Hygiene certification.
The market currently has no alcohol licence, so you’ll need a TEN (temporary event notice) if your idea involves alcohol.
Water outlets are available. Brands will need to provide their own gas.
Brands can use the toilets in the pub and café next to Church Square.
Brands have a security deposit of one week's pitch fee in place.
Trading hours are between 10-3pm every Saturday. Brands need to be on site with the vehicle removed by 9am. It’s a 13-minute walk to the nearest free parking street, where all the market traders park.

There are no restrictions to what you sell here, but your idea must be different from current traders in the market. Your product list will need to be reviewed beforehand.
You must provide your own gazebo. Each trader usually trades within a 3m x 3m gazebo, but this can be flexible.
