This historical London street is one of the capital’s busiest as well as one of its best-known. Housed in the Strand Palace Hotel building, opposite The Savoy, this smartly-decorated café is in a great spot to introduce your F&B idea to this famous location. View the floorplan for this space.
With Charing Cross station and lots of offices, including those of Condé Nast and Spotify, close at hand, you’ll see lots of commuters during the working week, while tourists are drawn to this area all week round by landmarks such as Somerset House and Trafalgar Square. You’ll see plenty of people looking for a pre- or post-show bite to eat thanks to the likes of the Savoy, Lyceum and Adelphi theatres being on your doorstep.
The café is next door but one to the Strand Palace Hotel’s entrance, and in between a gift shop and a men’s clothing store. The Savoy hotel and theatre are opposite, and nearby F&Bs include Leon, Zizzi, Wasabi and Caffe Nero. Famous restaurants Joe Allen, theatreland’s favourite, and Simpson’s in the Strand are close, too.
At the moment there is scaffolding at the entrance but this will be taken down
