Imagine hosting an event in the middle of Times Square. While most locals try to avoid the all-around craziness of this landmark location, there’s a reason why it’s the busiest tourist attraction in the city. On West 37th Street, close to Broadway and the Theater District, this vast, white-boxed event space on the 17th floor comes with a kitchen in the back and a changing room.
Tourists dominate these streets. Saturdays are busiest in the area with droves of people catching a Broadway show and going out to dinner in places like Carmine’s afterwards. Weekdays see plenty more working professionals grabbing lunch at one of the area's many eateries. In the evenings, restaurants like Hakkassan and The Lambs Club on West 44th Street are popular dinner spots for the expense-account crowd.
This space sits in between Dunkin' Donuts and a cafe. Across the street are office buildings and the Houndstooth pub. Further up the block is the sophisticated District Social and the famous Madame Tussauds wax museum.
This event space is on the 17th floor, but there's elevator access and at least it comes with a good view.
