Since its humble beginnings as a basement store back in 1964, Topshop has grown into one of Britain’s biggest brands and largest retail stores. Topshop Oxford Circus occupies over 100,000 sq ft of prime retail space in the heart of Central London and attracts on average a million visitors each month.

This listing offers one of three small pop-up boutiques on either the ground or basement level of the store. The matte white stalls have a clean aesthetic. They’re bespoke-built and come with glass topped tables that are perfect for displaying your products.

The ground floor stall sits at the very heart of Topshop's prime accessories and lifestyle section, and the basement space sees thousands of fashion-savvy shoppers surge through their famous shoe boutique each day. You'll also find independent brands, vintage retailers and Hersheson's groundbreaking blow dry bar in-store. As the creative direction evolves, the layout of the space may change. However, these spots remain some of the most visible parts of the store.

Les règles à suivre

Ground floor stalls are available for £1500 p/week, basement level stalls £1000 p/week. 1 stall is available on the ground floor and 2 stalls are available on the basement level.

Opening Hours:
Monday - Tuesday: 09:00 - 21:00
Wednesday - Saturday: 09:00 - 22:00
Sunday: 11:30 - 18:00
N.B. Opening hours can change, so always check the website for the latest trading hours.
Access outside trading hours is available by arrangement.

  • This space is available for a minimum of 1 week, and a maximum of 6 weeks.

  • Topshop approval needed on all activations. A brand pack including mood boards, product and price point information, a mock up of how your stall will look, and details of online presence must be submitted with the initial idea. Further visuals and information on the look and feel of your activation may be required for final approval by the store creative team.

  • No sales of coffee, sandwiches, salads, soup or sealed drinks in this space.

  • All tenants are required to have £10m Public Liability and £5m Product Liability insurance.

  • Your pop up will need to be staffed at all times during store opening hours, and you will be responsible for re-stocking and merchandising the concession. All employees must have the right to work in the UK, go through a half day Topshop induction (at least 2 weeks prior to launch) and adhere to staff rules at all times.

  • All sales will be processed through Topshop tills. Depending on the length of the tenancy, brands will be paid in arrears 7-10 days after the end of their first week's trade. Longer term leases will be 28 days after the first week of trade.

  • All saleable stock to be labelled with a concession number for processing through Topshop tills. These will be supplied by Topshop.

  • Topshop can offer back of house storage but cannot guarantee the security of your stock. If secure storage is needed this must be specified at the point of application.

  • Price shown is inclusive of the stall and all utilities, exclusive of VAT.
