Formerly a gallery, the space consists of a large, long room with windows facing the street and one at the back. A wooden staircase leads down to a store room, bathroom and a small kitchen. The shop’s entrance is home to ever changing artwork: this can be left, changed or removed depending on your branding.
Located just off the bustling Brighton Lanes, this is a vibrant street popular with curious visitors browsing its independent shops and cafes. Cult burger restaurant MEATliquor is also just around the corner.

The gallery must be re-painted back to the colour and quality that it was when rental period started.
You may host a maximum of 1 event per week’, unless otherwise agreed by by landlord.
No food or drink that is made on premises can be served to the public.
There is a flat above the shop which the residents have to access via the door inside the shop space.
