Glasgow famously has the highest retail spend in the UK outside of our capital city. And Buchanan Street – where you’ll find Princes Square – is at the heart of all this spending. Enjoy space here now alongside brands like Vivienne Westwood, Whistles and Jo Malone.

This space is a former furniture showroom with floor-to-ceiling glass at the front and two floors of retail space inside. Both floors are expansive, with wooden flooring, pillars throughout and rigged spotlights overhead. The walls are in good condition but there is some slight damage to the flooring.

You’ll be launching on one of the centre’s F&B floors, close to Pizza Express and a new restaurant opening soon. Think about ways to attract diners over once they’ve finished their meals.
