THE CROWD
On Sundays, there's almost a street party atmosphere as tourists, vintage-lovers and bargain hunters browse the food and bric-a-brac stalls of Upmarket, Backyard Market and Brick Lane Market. A few of the street’s coveted vintage shops attract a fashion-conscious crowd of regular Brick Laners during weekdays. Restaurants and bars like Blanchette and Cafe 1001, and the well-known All Star Lanes attract an evening crowd throughout the week.
