There’s easy access to London Liverpool Street, Southend Airport and Westfield Stratford shopping centre from Southend Victoria station, which sees around 1.8 million passengers per year passing through its doors. Sitting inside this attractive Victorian building, next to the ticket office and within a soon-to-be-constructed waiting room, this space to let is available for F&B and retail ideas.
With its pleasure pier, fairground rides and amusements, Southend is where Londoners flock for some good old-fashioned seaside fun. Yet it shook off its faded resort town shackles several years ago as its blossoming arts scene and coastal charms enticed a new wave of young families and creative types. The station enjoys a steady stream of people passing through it all day, although morning and evening rush hours are the busiest times as commuters travel to and from work.
You’ll be sharing the station with Costa Coffee and Nisa Local.
